About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Digital Workplace team at L'Oréal Beauty Tech. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building the future of our Digital Workplace services, including Unified Communication and Workspace Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience teams to understand internal customers' needs and develop solutions.
  • Work with Corporate, Real estate, and Sustainability teams to collect and understand needs for L'Oréal buildings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs, pain points, and use cases to create user-centric product features and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in unified communications, Workspace management, and product management.
  • Define the services roadmap, qualify and challenge customers' requests, and develop associated action plans and timelines.
  • Build the evolution roadmap of each service and ensure standards are well applied at L'Oréal.
  • Organize activities in the team to reach milestones, identify risks, and define actions plans to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, roadmap, and launches.
Requirements
  • At least + years' experience in similar positions.
  • In-depth practical experience delivering Unified Communication solutions.
  • Strong capacities to analyze, simplify, and define realistic action plans even on complex subjects.
  • Innovative mindset with creative solutions.
  • Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Strong English level.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both the business and technical areas.
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong business & customer service mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic: Ability to use data to generate insights and reports that translate into initiatives to improve processes.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and relate to the needs and perspectives of users and stakeholders.
