We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Operational Quality to join our team at Lagardère Travel Retail. As a key member of our Group Operational Excellence Department, you will play a critical role in driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and lead the Operational Quality team, defining and implementing strategic projects and objectives that align with the Group's ambitions.
- Develop and roll out Group operational standards and quality tools/processes for all businesses operated, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination with central teams.
- Manage a team of operations managers, providing support and guidance to countries and ensuring needs are well-covered and addressed.
- Directly support countries for field issues and projects, demonstrating a hands-on and field approach.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, in line with objectives and expected quality, managing communication and information for countries and reporting to COPO and EXCOM.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational Quality, preferably in Duty Free, Foodservice, Travel Essentials, or similar.
- Field/store experience highly valued, with a strong background in audits, standard procedures definition, and operational action plan definition.
- Team management experience mandatory, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- International experience a plus, with a strong understanding of global markets and operations.
