We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the commercial real estate sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating and closing deals
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales in the commercial real estate sector
- Strong network and relationships with clients and partners in the sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
