Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the commercial real estate sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating and closing deals
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales in the commercial real estate sector
  • Strong network and relationships with clients and partners in the sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
