Role Overview

Are you an experienced salesperson in retail, a store advisor in the hardware sector, or a retail sales expert?

Do you have a passion for commerce and a desire to assist construction professionals? Join our upcoming Legallais store.

Your Responsibilities

As a dedicated merchant, you will oversee the client journey from start to finish at your counter (addressing complaints, managing accounts, etc.).

Beyond being a salesperson, your role will involve acting as a partner to your clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.

Your daily tasks will include managing the receipt and storage of goods. Your day will commence with collecting client orders to ensure they are well-prepared for their activities.

You will maintain your counter/cash register and the store environment to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

Candidate Profile

What Makes You Stand Out

You possess a background in sales.

You have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B retail sales (e.g., large DIY outlets).

Ideally, you have knowledge of hardware and plumbing products.

You have a preference for selling equipment to construction professionals.

More than just customer service, your goal is to foster customer loyalty.

What do others say about you? You are known for your interpersonal skills and your proactive approach to finding solutions for clients.

What We Offer:

You will participate in our "Yellow Hello" Welcome integration program for a week, allowing you to experience life alongside new hires and equipping you with the tools for a successful journey.

Work hours are from Monday to Friday, within a maximum window of 6:15 am to 5:30 pm.

Receive personalized training throughout your integration year, utilizing tools and job training at our headquarters, remotely via our platform, and primarily through the guidance of your manager and colleagues.
