Job Summary:

We are a leading global company in the consumer goods industry, operating in over 60 countries with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial strategy for our markets in France and Belgium.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for our market-leading brands in Spreads, Plant Butter, cheese, and Creams.
  • Lead the development of commercial strategies for the two markets, leveraging market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights, data analytics, and research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Validate data accuracy and readiness for analysis, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the FMCG retail landscape, including pricing practices, promotion management, and trade terms optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in pricing practices, promotion management, and trade terms optimization.
  • Advanced analytical and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Excel and modeling.
  • Commercial flair and strategic outlook, with the ability to multi-task and work flexibly under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization, with a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration.
