As an HR Executive at Cainiao Group, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff agencies, overseeing staff operations, and implementing Cainiao culture in the warehouse. You will also be responsible for optimizing salary and welfare systems, leading warehouse projects, and providing administrative support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage warehouse staff agencies, including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation, and other related work.
2. Optimize salary and welfare systems to ensure optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
3. Implement Cainiao culture in the warehouse to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business.
4. Undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc.
5. Cooperate with HR TD/OC team to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc.
6. Provide administrative and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of HR experience, familiar with warehouse HR practices.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
3. Familiar with the current situation of the e-commerce logistics and warehouse industry, with first-line salary design and optimization project experience preferred.
4. Excellent work ethic, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive, optimistic, leathery, and with strong anti-stress ability.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to accept occasional night shifts and business trips.
6. Good sense of customer service, customer first, patient, and meticulous, with attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
