Position Overview
Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering training to various retail partners.
Your role is pivotal in driving sales growth by leveraging multiple training methods, including in-person sessions, digital platforms, and direct engagement with our sales force.
As a true brand ambassador, you will embody the core values of innovation, teamwork, and initiative in your daily interactions, both internally and externally.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Engage and create impactful experiences.
Key Activities:
- Train retail sales teams on product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
Deliver training sessions to various client stakeholders and sales managers.
Assess client expectations and identify skill development needs for sales teams.
Plan and customize training content based on location and target audience demographics.
- Negotiate training initiatives with assigned distributors based on identified needs.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by implementing relevant and effective training interventions, while achieving set objectives.
- Provide on-the-ground support to sales managers in the training process (field coaching, information sharing).
Understand the operational dynamics of retail environments and the role of training within them.
Participate in trade shows and partner events, as well as brand launches.
Prepare and facilitate roadshows throughout the year.
Update training materials for sales managers and brand ambassadors.
Oversee and engage with the ambassador team (product updates).
Conduct daily reporting (feedback is essential).
Candidate Profile
Are you our next Sales Training Specialist?
With a commercial background (minimum Bac+2), you possess significant experience as a Trainer in the High-Tech sector, particularly in telecommunications.
You have a strong business orientation and a passion for challenges; curiosity and open-mindedness are your strengths. You are enthusiastic about emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, etc.).
A true tech enthusiast, you have a genuine passion for high-tech products (telecommunications, virtual reality, connected devices, etc.) and can effectively share your knowledge with diverse audiences.
Creativity is key; you think outside the box in your training approach.
Above all, you excel at adapting your message to engage your audience and highlight the benefits.
