**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team in Europe & International Operations. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide critical support for our business lines, including software and hardware offerings, and business models.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software license agreements, services agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and sales teams.
• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
**Requirements**
• 7-10 years of experience in an internationally operating IT company as in-house counsel.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficiency in German (native language preferred) and English, with the ability to speak Italian (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
