Senior Legal Counsel

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and improve process for contract development, review, and negotiation.
- Facilitate trainings and awareness sessions on Legal Sourcing related to sourcing contract management and compliance.
- Review and negotiate contracts for procurement domains such as Metallic, Propulsion & Controls, Sub-Systems, Interiors, Services, Digital Integrated Services, and Turnkey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Graduated with Bachelor of Laws.
- Senior level experience as in-house legal counsel or in private practice in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
