Sales Support Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrative professional to support our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Issuing sales transaction invoices
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
Requirements:
- Completed High School plus Professional Training degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fundamentals of computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Strong SAP or any other CRM user knowledge
