Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrative to join our team at Cosentino. As a Sales Support Administrative, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Communicate with customers via phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements:
- Completed High School plus Professional Training degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fundamentals of computing, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Strong SAP or CRM user knowledge
