The Retail Excellence in Store is a key role within the Max Mara Fashion Group, responsible for driving digital retail and customer experience initiatives in our flagship store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and complete projects assigned by the Store Manager and the Retail Excellence office of the Head Quarter;
- Ensure the development of the shop team through continuous training;
- Collaborate with the figures of HQ's Retail Excellence office, providing structured feedback on the progress of projects in store;
- Ensure that the service style established by the company guidelines is always respected by the entire sales team, so that each customer experiences a high level within the store;
- Ensure the best consumer experience in the different touch points, leveraging also digital technologies;
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of French and English (knowledge of another foreign language will be considered a plus);
- Strong understanding of digital retail and customer experience principles;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
