Within the Performance and Operational Excellence Division, associated with the banking operations sector, the primary objective is to ensure the effective execution of banking operations while maintaining a high standard of service quality and reliability for both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to regulations and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Performance and Operational Excellence Division and reporting directly to the Head of Banking Operations, the Life Account Management Leader is tasked with organizing, securing, optimizing, and overseeing the activities of the Life Account service and its delegated functions.

In a newly structured environment, your specific responsibilities will include:

Overseeing Service Operations:

  • Manage the updating and maintenance of the customer and account database
  • Ensure the seamless operation of processing workflows
  • Generate and distribute production reports
  • Conduct operational audits on life account activities
  • Document and maintain the repository of business processes and procedures
  • Oversee the administrative follow-up and updates of accounts
  • Ensure proper handling of account closures initiated by clients, the bank, and outgoing transfers
  • Supervise the Electronic Document Management related to operations, particularly focusing on production managed by external providers
  • Closely monitor non-compliant, incomplete, or unusual customer files
  • Guarantee the accuracy of the repository of account holders and designated accounts
  • Oversee the processing of civil execution procedures
  • Regularly justify any abnormal suspensions as part of sensitive account oversight

Incident Management, Process Optimization, and Efficiency Improvement:

  • Conduct analyses and diagnostics to address malfunctions and enhance processes and quality, in collaboration with business specialists
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the continuous improvement strategy within the service
  • Facilitate the resolution of incidents and malfunctions in partnership with product teams and technical departments
  • Engage in various banking projects related to the life account domain

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and motivate a team of 14 professionals (experts and managers)
  • Monitor and enhance team performance
  • Support the team during the company's transformation and international initiatives
