Global Road Logistics Innovation Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to enhance our road logistics services by implementing visibility solutions for customers worldwide. As the Global Road Logistics Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing an IoT-based visibility solution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives to expand our product offerings, collaborating closely with operations colleagues and customers across the globe.
  • Grow the footprint of our Road Customer Visibility services, ensuring they have a significant commercial impact on the company.
  • Work seamlessly with global teams, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to develop innovative product offerings.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Oversee the strategic implementation of visibility services, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Engage with clients who have adopted Advanced Visibility and gather their feedback on the product, and identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and insights.
  • Confidently present to senior management and large audiences, using a structured and organized approach to achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and integrate Road Customer Visibility solutions into standard operations.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of road logistics and visibility solutions, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, global projects with a focus on logistics and supply chain visibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and cultures, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to improve and expand product offerings.
  • Strong customer orientation with a track record of understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
