Job Title: Global Road Logistics Transformation Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Road Logistics team as a Transformation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in our logistics operations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale project implementations, driving our Road Logistics Digital Transformation strategy.
- Lead the launch and deployment of new initiatives, including Track & Trace solutions, Real Time Visibility platforms, and transformation of Healthcare operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the impact and value of our systems, prioritizing technology focus points to maximize impact versus investment.
- Ensure continuous improvement based on factual data, creating roadmaps and onboarding programs to elevate technology integration of our carriers.
- Develop analytics to measure the impact of projects and support continuous improvement of visibility for internal and external partners.
- Manage large milestones and detailed project planning, ensuring operational follow-up to achieve zero customer/business/result impact.
- Serve as the conduit and liaison between management, users, service engineering teams, and support to deliver critical technology demands.
- Regularly communicate with senior management and a broad range of audiences on project definitions, progress, risks, and change control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in road transportation/logistics, with a strong understanding of IS Business Analysis.
- Extensive experience in project management and product implementation in an international environment, demonstrating a proactive, customer-centric, and hands-on approach.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and exceed results in an ambiguous work environment.
- Experience working within agile product development environments and managing change in digitalization/IT projects.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage a variety of stakeholders across regions, countries, and sites.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data and Lean/Six Sigma principles to understand, optimize, and automate operations.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages, especially French and German, are an advantage.
