We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the International Chamber of Commerce. As a key member of our Global Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent to drive our global mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, managing all stages of the recruitment journey to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise to fill career opportunities with top talent within given timeframes.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Define and implement the ICC recruitment dashboard via ATS, using data-driven insights to analyze and enhance recruitment processes, providing informed advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
Main Tasks and Duties
  • Role Requirements: Define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions to attract high-calibre candidates, ensuring that our organization remains competitive in the global talent market.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates, utilizing your network and expertise to source top talent.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for the position, ensuring that we select the best fit for our organization.
  • Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring a positive and smooth application experience that reflects our organization's values and reputation.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with relevant networks, agencies, and schools to establish a strong pipeline of talent and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Collect and share regular metrics across Talent Acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to ICC leaders and HR colleagues to inform strategic decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market data and intelligence, utilizing this knowledge to update ICC Talent Acquisition practices and drive innovation in our recruitment processes.
  • Process Improvement: Drive or contribute to projects aimed at continually improving ICC hiring processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance recruitment tools and practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage the recruitment activity and reports in the ATS, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and informing data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: At least five years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international context.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Excellent ability to assess people and recognize what talent looks like, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what drives success.
  • Business Acumen: Curious and interested in understanding ICC's industry and business, with a practical and effective approach to driving actionable recommendations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional soft skills, including interpersonal skills and a reputation for honesty, transparency, and directness with various organizational levels.
  • International Mobility: Good knowledge of international mobility and immigration processes, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Problem-Solving: A problem solver who seeks innovative ways to achieve targets, with a hands-on approach and the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily workloads.
