Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure our world business organisation recruits and retains the right talent to deliver on our global mission.

The position is for a permanent contract (CDI) reporting to the ICC Global Human Resources Director.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a business partner to internal stakeholders, managing all stages of the recruitment journey;
  • Use your expertise to assist hiring managers in efficiently filling career opportunities with the most appropriate candidate within given timeframes;
  • Define and implement the ICC recruitment dashboard via ATS with a data-driven approach to analyse and enhance recruitment processes, offering informed advice and recommendations.
Key Requirements
  • At least five years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in an international context;
  • Excellent ability to assess people and recognise what Talent looks like;
  • Curious and interested in understanding ICC's industry and business;
  • Practical and effective, combining strong business acumen and common sense to drive actionable recommendations;
  • Exceptional soft skills including interpersonal skills and reputation for honesty, transparency, and directness with various organisational levels;
  • Good knowledge of international mobility and immigration processes;
  • Hands-on approach with ability to multitask and effectively prioritise daily workloads;
  • Problem solver who seeks innovative ways to achieve targets;
  • Good understanding of local employment laws;
  • Strong influencing, organisational, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior management;
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion;
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills;
  • Experience in managing an ATS.
