About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Sales Force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share expansion for our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers to negotiate and secure sales agreements.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of driving business growth and market share expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
