We're the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses thrive. As a Sector Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and success in the Data Centre sector across France, Italy, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing to achieve targeted sales in the Data Centre sector.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to foster a sales culture that exceeds fiscal targets.
  • Oversee the team's opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds fiscal targets for the Data Centre sector.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple European countries.
  • Knowledge of the Data Centre sector, including data centre design, construction, and operations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
