At M&G, we're looking for an office administrator to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Country Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office administration, including ordering stationery and office supplies, administering tenancy agreements and insurance policies, and overseeing suppliers.
  • Administering the reception area and company cars, including lease contracts and travel expenses.
  • Preparing invoices for accounting and administering costs and payments.

We're looking for:

  • An office administrator with a background in financial services, preferably bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite and self-sufficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and highly organized individual with a background in process management.
