About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Supervise and develop the skills of HR team employees to ensure they have the necessary expertise to support the business
  • Represent the HR function with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
  • Define and implement the company's social policy in conjunction with the Management Committee
  • Manage staff representative bodies and ensure a quality social dialogue
  • Negotiate company agreements and ensure compliance with all legal social obligations
  • Initiate and deploy HR projects that support business growth and development
  • Deploy European HR projects for France
  • Be responsible for HR development and compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, talent review, succession planning, etc.
  • Supervise payroll and negotiate with external service providers
  • Manage departures, disciplinary procedures, and individual cases
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in general HR management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong relational intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, diplomacy, and impartiality
  • Ability to work remotely with employees and managers
  • Privacy management
  • Deep knowledge of Labor law
  • Payroll management and personnel administration
  • Project management skills
  • Hierarchical and transversal management
  • Fluent English
