Key Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Manager for Nufarm in France, you will be responsible for supervising an HR support team, developing skills, and improving the expertise of employees across the entire population of France, including two sites: one head office in IDF and one factory in Normandy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Represent the HR function with employees, managers, hierarchy, and external representatives.
  • Define and implement Nufarm's social policy in conjunction with the Management Committee.
  • Define the organization of work with managers.
  • Manage staff representative bodies of the two sites and the central CSE to maintain a quality social dialogue.
  • Negotiate company agreements and ensure all legal social obligations are met.
  • Initiate and ensure the deployment of HR projects in France.
  • Deploy European HR projects for France.
  • Be responsible for HR development and compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, talent review, succession planning, etc.
  • Supervise the payroll of the two sites.
  • Negotiate with external service providers, including mutual insurance, provident insurance, employee savings, etc.
  • Manage departures, disciplinary procedures, individual cases, and litigation on a case-by-case basis.
  • Provide answers to employees on all HR aspects and support managers in their daily missions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
    • At least 10 years' experience in general HR management.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong relational intelligence and interpersonal skills.
    • Negotiation, diplomacy, and impartiality.
    • Able to work remotely with employees and managers.
    • Privacy management.
    • Deep knowledge of Labor law. Knowledge of the Chemical Industries is a plus.
    • Payroll management and personnel administration.
    • Project management skills.
    • Hierarchical and transversal management.
    • Fluent English.
