About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our business goals
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across France
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage payroll and personnel administration for France
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with French labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent English and French language skills
