We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant in Transformation and Organization. As a key member of our Business Partners department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany clients in understanding, challenging, and defining their business needs.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and studies on mutualization and externalization of activities.
- Support clients in analyzing their organization and processes, and deploying improvements identified.
- Improve operational efficiency by mapping and analyzing business and support processes to identify and deploy simplification, harmonization, and optimization levers.
- Deploy excellence operational and continuous improvement methodologies within our industrial sites.
- Participate in the construction and animation of training programs on operational excellence based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Pilot transformation projects (organizational, human, commercial) and accompany clients in operationalizing their transformation.
- Analyze the impacts of transformation on the organization, business, tools, and culture.
- Define and implement strategies and change management plans in line with collected and analyzed impacts.
- Continue to work on high-value-added missions with an organization and similar requirements to top-tier consulting firms.
- Cover only short-term missions (3-4 months) in a team environment on diverse topics (Organization, Transformation, Operational Excellence, Change) with top management to operational teams.
- Have the opportunity to see concrete results from past accompaniments and build a simple and durable relationship with accompanied clients.

- Graduate from a Grande École or equivalent.
- A first successful experience in consulting (Internship or alternation minimum).
- Similar experience in the industry.
- Master of English for evolution in an international context.
- Ability to produce operational or strategic deliverables of high quality in short deadlines.
- Facility to manage multiple projects in autonomy and mobilize transversal actors.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / PMI / Prosci / Design Thinking methodologies.
- Appetence for the field, management, and industrial environment.
- Sense of communication and ability to federate around you.
- Autonomy, initiative, reactivity, and ability to take a step back.
- Proposition force, analysis, and synthesis capacity of complex problems.
- Great adaptability and flexibility capacity.
- Ability to develop and manage commercial opportunities (prospection, response to AO, mission management and follow-up,...).
- Master of Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint,...).
