About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Consultant in Performance and Organization to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany clients in understanding, challenging, and defining their needs.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and studies on mutualization and externalization of activities.
  • Support clients in analyzing their organization and processes, and deploying improvements.
  • Improve operational efficiency by mapping and analyzing business processes to identify and deploy simplification, harmonization, and optimization levers.
  • Deploy excellence operational methods and continuous improvement within our industrial sites.
  • Participate in constructing and animating training sessions on excellence operational principles based on Lean Six Sigma.
  • Pilot transformation projects (organizational, human, commercial) and accompany clients in operationalizing their transformation.
  • Analyze the impacts of transformation on the organization, business, tools, and company culture.
  • Define and implement strategies and change management plans in line with collected and analyzed impacts.

Requirements
  • A degree from a Grande École or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of experience in management and organization consulting.
  • Experience in a similar role in the industry.
  • Fluency in English to work in an international context.
  • Ability to produce high-quality operational or strategic deliverables in a short timeframe.
  • Capacity to lead multiple projects autonomously and mobilize cross-functional actors.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, PMI, Prosci, and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Interest in the field, management, and industrial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build a team around you.
  • Autonomy, initiative, reactivity, and ability to take a step back.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage business opportunities (prospecting, responding to RFPs, managing and tracking missions, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant experience in management and organization consulting in the environmental services sector.
  • Certifications in change management (Prosci), project management (PMP, Agile), and operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
