Accounting & Tax Manager

As a key member of the Sidel team, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and tax functions in your site, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, as well as Group internal policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing local accounting activities
- Ensuring Group accounting compliance
- Preparing tax reports
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing treasury and bank activities
- Preparing statutory books
- Providing financial reporting and analysis
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing backup documentation
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data
- Ensuring compliance with legal and Group accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Setting up and monitoring accounting KPIs
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and statements
- Coordinating with internal and external audit partners
- Meeting financial accounting objectives
- Preparing and presenting KPIs to stakeholders
- Ensuring statutory and tax requirements and reports are met in accordance with Group policy and tax and accounting regulations
You will be a key driver of change and transformation within the company, working closely with the central teams to develop synergies and ensure proper workflow.

Your ProfileWe are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a Master's degree in finance or audit, with a minimum of 10 years of finance management experience in an international environment and 5 years of experience in audit.
You will have strong leadership skills, people development orientation, and experience in a matrix environment. You will also have excellent communication skills, change management experience, and knowledge of IFRS, BOFC/HFM, and SAP.
You will be based in Octeville, with the possibility of partial home office work (2 days a week) and occasional travel (about +/- 20%).
