Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Territory Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our regional operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our organization's strategy and vision in your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective management and coordination of our activities, teams, and resources to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting a shared vision and goals among team members.
- Communicate and disseminate the organization's strategy and objectives to stakeholders within the territory.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our activities, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional partners and financial supporters.
- Conduct regular site visits and assessments to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management and leadership roles, with a strong track record of team management and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
