Senior Business Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management function, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our overall risk management and risk governance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks
- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables
- Participate in the development of the stress testing framework, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks
- Challenge assumptions and decisions relating to Stress Test scenarios
- Coordinate the annual update of Stress Testing Framework
- Participate in Annual and quarterly reporting for supervisory management
- Draft and implement Capital and Stress Test framework and policies
- Write propositions, 2LOD opinions and synthesize notes for Senior Management and Regulators
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry
- Experience in Capital Management projects & analysis of new regulatory frameworks would be a plus
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate reviews and convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management
