Join our team of experts in risk management and capital planning as an Enterprise Risk Manager – 2LoD Capital and Business Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for building a vision for the Group's capital position, independent of the Finance Department, and leading critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the Stress Testing Framework, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions relating to Stress Test scenarios, ensuring sound capital and liquidity management.
- Coordinate the annual update of Stress Testing Framework, including Stress Testing Scenario Development and reverse stress test scenarios.
- Participate in Annual and quarterly reporting for supervisory management.
- Draft and implement Capital and Stress Test framework and policies.
- Write propositions, 2LOD opinions, and synthesize notes for Senior Management and Regulators.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry.
- Experience in Capital Management projects and analysis of new regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate reviews and convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management.
