Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team in the Enterprise Risk Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with capital and business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to ensure effective risk governance and oversight.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, regulators, and external partners.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in risk management, capital planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with knowledge of French a plus.
