\tClient Relationship:
\t\tEnsure customer satisfaction with regard to hard services
\t\tIn country escalation point with client representative for respective accounts in terms of hard services
\t\tBuild and maintain good customer relations
\t
\tOperations:
\t\tKeep and manage operation of buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets, including all designated critical environments, according to agreed SLAs
\t\tEnsure efficient and effective management, operation and maintenance processes for buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets
\t\tManage continuous improvement and optimization of processes and utilities
\t\tEnsure planned reactive and predictive operation costs within budget
\t\tWork closely with ISS Business Information Systems –, IoT, data analytics
\t\tEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards
\t\tKeep asset condition and lifecycle information accurate to facilitate capital investment planning\", "Requirements": "
\tExcellent French and English Language skills
\tEngineering degree or equivalent
\tKnowledge and experience of engineering infrastructure, assets and systems
\tKnowledge of critical environment management and processes
\tExperience in managing and delivering operations and maintenance services
\tKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and standards in France
\tKnowledge of energy and utility optimisation, asset replacement and upgrade project management
\tExcellent Computer Literacy
\tAt least 5 years' of related experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment

\tPersonal skills:
\t\tService and customer oriented, with commercial mindset to grow service related revenue
\t\tLiaison with clients and service providers at all levels will be required therefore sound communication and negotiating skills are essential
\t\tProject and change management experience in the field of facility services
\t\tBuilding trust and engagement
\t\tFlexible & adaptable
