Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion in the FraBeLux market. As the Head of Sales, FraBeLux, you will lead a high-performing sales team and develop a successful sales strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the FraBeLux market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to develop sales and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and clients
  • Drive a world-class sales process and ensure excellent client satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent
  • Participate in sales pursuits and provide input on sales strategies and tactics

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in a similar market
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams and developing sales strategies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
