Drive Growth and Transformation as Head of Sales

Treatwell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in France and drive growth across the region. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in France
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Fluent in French and English, with a strong understanding of the French market and culture
