Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion in the FraBeLux market for Clearwater Analytics. As the Head of Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals and be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Clearwater Analytics' business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and the EMEA market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working with customers in the insurance and/or asset management space
