This role will be based in our Paris office and will report to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner based in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels with organizational design, talent management, development & succession planning, change management, and other organizational programs cultivating an amazing, innovative and respectful culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting global HR and business initiatives for assigned leaders and business groups
- Serving as a strategic partner with business leaders and managers to retain, develop and motivate people
- Reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity
- Knowledge of French labor and employment laws
- Excellent English and French language skills (verbal and written)
