Our Human Resources team at Equativ is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. We strive to foster a culture that values diversity, creativity, and innovation.
Your Mission
You will be part of the People team, reporting to Julie, our People Director. As an HR Business Partner, you will support various HR initiatives, including onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of the onboarding program to ensure a smooth integration experience for new hires.
- Prepare the monthly HR dashboard to provide insights into key HR metrics for our employees and investors.
- Conduct pulse surveys and analyze results to gauge employee mood and engagement.
- Prepare quarterly performance review analyses and support the People Manager in their role.
- Manage our learning platforms, promote them, and coordinate quarterly campaigns.
About You
- You are a student from a business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in human resources.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- You are rigorous, organized, and autonomous, with a sense of priorities.
- You are passionate about working in an international and multicultural environment, within a company culture that values employee well-being.
