We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to work with our client and, in this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring the following missions:
- Foster a sense of community on the site by responding to various requests and ensuring they are handled in a timely manner.
- As a true reception and concierge manager, ensure and supervise missions related to welcome and concierge services.
- Conduct quality evaluations on the entire scope of services.
- Perform preventive site tours and ensure the well-being of occupants.
- Process and follow up on requests for interventions on all site services.
- Propose and organize events and animations.
- Facilitate links between different services and conviviality among colleagues.
- Ensure direct relations with Client interlocutors in relay of the Team Leader.
- Manage the web interface available to the client and ensure the update of documentation.
- But also:
- Monitor the evolution of services and update procedures.
- Guarantee the good application of safety, security and environmental guidelines.
- Report on your activity.
Based on one of our client sites, you are the image of our company and represent the values of the enterprise.
- Operational experience in the universe of work environment/services.
- Good knowledge of computer tools/pilot tools and reporting tools.
- Positive attitude, collector, producer, manager, the hospitality manager knows how to take the initiative.
- Impeccable service sense, he is capable of ensuring multiservice performance evaluations.
- Team management, federate intervenants around a common objective, customer satisfaction.
- Good communicator and writing skills.
