About the Role
As part of the Customer Experience team, the Customer Experience Lead will collaborate with a regional team responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing advertising campaigns. The Customer Experience Lead will support the Branding Customer Experience Team in their account cultivation and growth efforts, overseeing a portfolio of 20-30 client initiatives across both managed service and programmatic capacities. The role also involves accurately tracking campaign data and ensuring timely and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Activation and Delivery:
- Oversee the post-sale process, including campaign setup, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis.
- Lead the preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication with clients.
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication post-sale.
- Develop and execute multiple incremental revenue prospecting plans each quarter.
- Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform.
- Contribute to internal staff development through consistent and thorough knowledge sharing exercises.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one to three years of relevant experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
- Extensive knowledge of the digital media industry with a passion for understanding how trends impact daily work, including but not limited to:
- Branding Advertising (and/or Traffic Acquisition)
- Programmatic Advertising
- Third Parties (IAS, MOAT, Doubleclick, Nielsen DAR)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
