We are looking for a Technical Collaboration Specialist to join our team at Brevo. As a key member of our sales and customer integration phases, you will support our sales team by leading technical presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring our solutions align with the prospects' requirements.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will define, customize, and execute implementation plans with key deliverables and project milestones. You will work closely with our CSM team and technical teams to optimize the implementation process, address technical questions from customers, and create compelling technical proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing implementation plans to ensure optimal setup and usage of product features, including API integrations.
- Working closely with the CSM team and technical teams to keep on optimizing the implementation process.
- Addressing technical questions from customers and providing accurate and comprehensive information to foster confidence in our solutions.
- Creating compelling technical proposals that highlight the unique advantages and value proposition of our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management roles.
- Strong technical background with a special focus on RESTful API and capability to exploit logs and strong understanding of the e-mail marketing sector.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
