**Job Context**
In a context of strong growth, IKOS is seeking a dynamic person, passionate about recruitment (or wishing to discover it, we know how to train), with strong relational skills to tackle the daily challenges of our Parisian team. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and the responsibility of a business unit: from the consideration of the expression of the need with managers, the identification of candidates, the animation of interviews, and accompanying the candidate until the signature of their employment contract with IKOS management.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Define and implement our recruitment policy;
• Act as a Business Partner with our managers to accompany them in defining and collecting their needs;
• Animate weekly meetings with managers and management, and ensure a positive candidate experience nationwide;
• Write job offers and identify sharing channels according to needs;
• Identify and engage talents through various recruitment methods;
• Conduct interviews with engineer candidates;
• Ensure the feeding of dashboards and the monitoring of our ATS;
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to promote IKOS and its programs;
• Identify potential partners and set up means to follow up on their activities;
• Participate in various HR projects around recruitment (employer brand, event organization, co-optation campaign, etc.).
**Requirements**
We are looking for a graduate with a Bac+5 degree who wants to evolve and develop their skills in recruitment of technical profiles. You enjoy tackling challenges and evolving in a competitive environment. You have the ability to manage a large number of applications. You have excellent relational skills, are rigorous, creative, and have good writing skills and autonomy. You are recognized for your relational quality and your ability to propose and persuade. You want to evolve in an international, young, dynamic, and promising environment.
