Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wipro. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Advise employees on labor laws and regulations, including sick leave, maternity leave, pension withdrawal, and other benefits.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS system.
  • Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process and issue various employment documentation, including contracts and benefits information.
  • Recommend process improvements for existing HR processes and run reports to analyze data and provide insights.
  • On-board and cross-train new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Perform other job tasks and project work as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant experience in HR operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR process management, employee or customer service, on- and off-boarding.
  • Experience using G-Suite and MS Office 365.
  • Confidential handling of personal data is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (at least B2 level).
  • Familiarity with the French Labor law framework and practices.
  • Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
