As an HR Executive at Cainiao Group, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff agencies, overseeing employee operations, and optimizing salary and welfare systems. You will also implement Cainiao culture in the warehouse, create an efficient front-line operation organization, and undertake other human resources administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage warehouse staff agencies, including attendance management, employee induction, training, and evaluation.
2. Optimize salary and welfare systems to ensure optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
3. Implement Cainiao culture in the warehouse to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization.
4. Undertake other human resources administrative tasks, such as on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, and providing admin and ad hoc support.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with more than 3 years of HR experience and familiarity with warehouse HR practices.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
3. Familiarity with the current situation of the e-commerce logistics and warehouse industry, with first-line salary design and optimization project experience preferred.
4. Excellent work ethic, with strong thinking and summarizing skills, proactive, optimistic, and with strong anti-stress ability.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to accept occasional night shifts and business trips.
6. Good sense of customer service, with patient and meticulous approach, and ability to work in a team and trust partners.
