The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching products that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for understanding our product vision and strategy, and for developing and executing plans to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in your product domain, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, and to improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
- Manage product development processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure that products meet customer needs, are scalable, and align with our business strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage all product facets, including design, development, marketing, and sales.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, product marketers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Experience in digital, marketing, or customer experience domains.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong leadership skills, with a commitment to objectives and targets.
