Job Summary:
We're seeking a Commis de Salle to assist our Chef de Rang in preparing and serving dishes to our discerning guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, coordinating with our culinary team, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing and serving dishes to guests
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
- Fluent French language skills
- Good level of English language skills
- Significant experience in 5-star hospitality and luxury service
- Punctuality, motivation, and reactivity
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
