About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of International IT Operations to join our team at AXA Partners. As a key member of our Global IT Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our international IT operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT Regional Operations guild and End User Support and Workplace guild
  • Act as the delegate of the Head of Global IT Operations for specific missions or programmes
  • Manage the global IT operations project portfolio and lead cross-functional improvements to the target operating model and processes
  • Lead operational governance with AXA GO and manage the global IT operations budget
  • Support M&A activities and lead specific cross-functional assignments within Global IT Operations
About You

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong background in managing international IT operations, cloud and infrastructure services, and major transformation programs. You should have excellent interpersonal management skills, budget and financial management experience, and the ability to anticipate and prepare escalations for Executives.

You will have a strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure Services management, management of several international teams, and capacity to mobilize and energize teams. You should also have experience in managing outsourced services, negotiations, and budget and financial management and optimization.
