About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Doctolib. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of full-stack developers and driving the performance of each team member to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing the performance and career of your team
  • Ensuring business objectives are met as a team
  • Empowering your team to build better products
  • Setting the roadmap for your team and being the end-to-end owner of the team's production, quality, and delivery
  • Participating in code reviews and being hands-on if required
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team
  • Partnering with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop, and retain talent
About You

We are looking for someone with 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team. You should be eager to be hands-on with our stack, which includes React, Ruby, and Rust. You should also have a proven track record of developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products.

Additionally, you should be comfortable speaking English in your day-to-day work with the team and have a great understanding of cloud infrastructures and security topics.
