Make a Difference as a Home Care Professional with ADMR
ADMR is seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support to those in need within the community.
Your RoleAs a Home Care Assistant or Life Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals by fostering trust, companionship, and joy. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as household chores, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Providing companionship through engaging conversations, leisurely walks, and stimulating activities.
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and errands as needed.
Life Assistants will also provide additional support with essential daily tasks such as toileting, dressing, and transfers. This role may require working one weekend in every three.
QualificationsHome Care Assistants do not require specific educational qualifications. Life Assistants typically possess relevant certifications or training, including ADVF, BEP Sanitary and Social Careers, Bac Pro ASSP, CAP Early Childhood, AVS, AMP, or AES.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for both roles.
