ADMR is seeking compassionate individuals to fill Home Care Assistant and/or Life Support Worker positions in Valsonne.

We offer a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly and disabled individuals, fostering independence and well-being within their homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with beneficiaries, combating isolation and promoting joy.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and appointment accompaniment.
  • Offer support with personal care activities, including toileting, dressing, bathing, and mobility assistance (for Life Support Workers).
  • Engage in stimulating activities, encourage social interaction, and accompany beneficiaries on walks.

Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications are required for Home Care Assistant roles.
  • Life Support Worker positions require a recognized diploma (ADVF, BEP, Bac Pro, CAP, AVS, AMP, AES, etc.).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for both roles.
