Job Description: Home Care Assistant and/or Personal Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants and/or Personal Support Workers in Saint Genis L'Argentière. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to disabled and elderly individuals, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
  • Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities to enhance the well-being of our clients.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
  • Offer assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting (for Personal Support Workers).
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications required for Home Care Assistants.
  • A relevant diploma or certification is preferred for Personal Support Workers (e.g., ADVF Title, BEP Health and Social Careers, Bac Pro ASSP, CAP Early Childhood, AVS, AMP, AES...).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
