As the Solutions Engineering Manager for France, operating from the Paris office, you will take charge of leading a go-to-market team of technical experts. Your focus will be on promoting, selling, and delivering technical value to clients both before and after sales. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of the cyber security sector, and a commitment to fostering technical excellence.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating our expanding Cyber Technology team in France, providing clear guidance, coaching, and performance management to maximize their potential.
  • Working with Go-To-Market leadership to formulate strategies, establish targets, and create actionable plans to meet revenue and growth goals.
  • Engaging in discussions with prospects and clients when necessary to stimulate revenue growth, identify challenges, and cultivate relationships.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the cyber security field, ensuring that you and your team have a profound understanding of the company's offerings to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • Promoting and maintaining a positive team culture that aligns with our core values.

What we seek:

  • Proven experience managing a regional pre-sales technical sales engineering team within a software organization.
  • Background in a sales engineer or technical account manager role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in both on-premise and cloud networking.
  • Comprehensive and practical understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends, including various security solutions, email and network infrastructure, and the threat landscape.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with a demonstrated ability to forge enduring, critical business relationships.
  • Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing pre-sales/technical teams, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities to drive individual and team success.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
